Sausage Rolls

Held together by four staples, some shinny some dull.

The hand written Recipe is as follows:

Sausage-Cheese
1/2 lb hot sausage
1/4 lb mild cheddar cheese shredded
1 1/2 cup biscuit mix
Crumble sausage in bowl
add shredded cheese
blend biscuit mix into sausage mix with pastry blendar
Shape into walmut size balls
Put on ungreased cookie sheet
Bake @350 for 10 min
about 4 1/2 dozen
